Executive services are for company executives who want to change productivity patterns within their organisations. These services typically involve 3 phases, which work out:

Informal Discussions

These are in-person or telephonic discussions and are billed weekly, at a rate of $250+gst per hour. Written reports are optional and attract the same hourly rate.

Productivity Improvement Projects

This service involves three stages:

Finding the problem pattern ($3,000+gst if taken separately, $2,500+gst if taken with Stage 2).
Finding a solution pattern ($2,500+gst)
Developing an implementation plan ($2,500+gst if it follows Stage 2, otherwise $4,000+gst).

Each stage comprises discussions, preparation and a formal report and takes 2-4 weeks.

Executive Coaching

Solution implementation coaching is provided, on demand, as a follow-on to Productivity Improvement Projects and is billed at $250+gst per hour.

Executive Training

One-on-one training in Pattern Thinking Technique (Systemic Thinking). Pricing depends on level of understanding, experience and competence required.
