Prodsol's Standard DI Solution Service is a short, highly-focused initiative to adapt and apply a Standard Dramatic Improvement Solution within your organisation. Prodsol's engagement is staged through a solution concept presentation, adaptation workshops and implementation stages, giving you the freedom to speed up or sow down the intervention, as you see fit. You can even engage Prodsol to deliver only the initial presentation, seminar or workshop - and take things from there yourself.

The advantages of taking the Standard DI Solution Service option over the DI Mentoring and DI Intervention service options are:

- Short lead-time on seeing results for the same reason and because the initiative is tightly focused on achieving functional objectives.
- Easy to add either or both of the other services at a alter date - and have established organisational momentum by the time you get there.
The primary disadvantages of this service are:
- Missed global improvement opportunities (for example, the impact of creating time, improving project performance or accelerating flow are invariably magnified, even in the first phase, by a broader DI intervention). This translates to a lower total improvement impact over the same period.
- Lack of executive control, because the intervention is championed at the functional level.
