Forced innovation

Innovation is measured in terms of quality (how much more valuable the product or service is than anything else out there) and cost (in terms of time - primarily - and money).

The problem is that these elements are in conflict: better innovation takes more time and faster innovation results in lower quality.

The innovation problem

We've found a way to resolve this conflict: it's a way of forcing one's brain to develop new intelligence quickly - because innovation is first and foremost a mental journey.

We call it the Forced Innovation Technique (FIT).
