This service involves a Probsolv consultant working with the client organisation - either part- or full-time - to create an innovative product, service or process concept and (optionally) establish it in the market place.

The service comprises a combination of two systemic techniques:
  • Ideation
    - developing the existing innovative
      concept further
  • Actualisation
    - Converting the innovative concept into
       viable commercial reality.
