What is actualisation?

making a bright idea "fly"

Actualisation is converting a bright idea that could make a difference to society into

something that actually does make that difference: a commercially viable product or service, or something that has real value for the intended recipient.  There is a massive gap between a bright idea and getting real benefit from it.

Actualisation is more than implementation - giving the bright idea legs.  It also has an impact on the bright idea itself, adapting and optimising it - in concert with the ongoing ideation process - for maximum benefit to the intended recipients.

Actualisation doesn't happen naturally, unfortunately - only under duress.  One needs to force it to happen.
