We aren't suggesting that all conventional strategies are as fragmented as the one in
the diagram on the previous page.
Very few would be.
However, if your people can't articulate your strategy clearly and simply - on demand -
it's probably because it's more fragmented than systemic!
Here's some supportive evidence: think of any business, sport or personal success story
you're familiar with.
Now ask yourself "Why?" - why did those people succeed where others failed?
Isn't it interesting that in nearly every case, you know (or can guess) why?
That's because the reason is a simple systemic strategy! And that's all we're
